Clearwater native Margaret, publisher/editor of Tampa Bay Magazine, had followed the history of the Fort Harrison for years, hoping it would one day be restored to its original splendor. That wish came true when the Church of Scientology completed its renovation. “When I got to go in after it had been fixed up—it had been beyond fixed up. I totally recognized everything, but it looked better than I had ever seen it and just beautiful.”
