“Before Scientology, I used to do a lot of thinking, you know. I’d have a conversation that didn’t go well and I mean, and not just an hour, but sometimes days, you know, I’d think it through and like, ‘Oh, I could have said this,’ or ‘I could have done that,’ or how did that go, or ah, ah, ah. Just a lot of thinking about stuff without any result either. Just like a worry and think. I have never gone back to that. So that was huge for me,” says Cia.
