    FILM SYNOPSIS

Right to Harm chronicles the devastating public health impact factory farming has had on many disadvantaged people throughout the United States. The massive facilities, formally called Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs), produce millions of gallons of untreated waste that destroys the quality of life for nearby neighbors. Fed up with the lack of regulation, local citizens band together to bring about positive change.
